Supporting people facing barriers to work

Meadow Well Connected is one of three Coaching Partners in North Tyneside delivering support to local people to break down their barriers to employment alongside North Tyneside Council and Justice Prince.

What is Wise Steps?

Wise Steps is part of the Building Better Opportunities programme which brings together funding from the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund to help tackle poverty, social exclusion and support people facing barriers to work.

Wise Steps helps people access employment and work experience opportunities as well as supporting them to achieve qualifications and improve their well-being and life chances.

It is delivered by a wide partnership across the North East lead by The Wise Group but in North Tyneside the main Coaching Partners are Meadow Well Connected, Justice Prince and North Tyneside Council.
